Democrats hold the supermajority - governor, legislature, every major office - and they’re still blaming Trump while the state they’ve controlled for years falls apart. Polis, Weiser, Hickenlooper, Bennett, Crow, Griswold, and the rest - career politicians and lawyers with little real-world experience beyond suing Republicans and expanding government. They’ve turned Colorado into a sanctuary spending machine. The budget is now pushing $47 billion, with spending growing far faster than population or inflation. Medicaid and illegal alien programs alone are exploding. It now costs roughly $8,000 per Coloradan just for state government to operate - and that number keeps climbing while services get worse. Can you say PolisHoles? Homelessness, crime, housing costs, and taxes all rising under their watch. Independents are sick of it. Democrats own this mess: soft-on-crime policies, runaway entitlements, energy mandates, and open-border giveaways that strain every resource while Colorado legal citizens get pushed aside. Enough deflection. 2026 is the year Colorado voters can finally hold them accountable and demand real results.

They would do this by large-scale seawater desalination, brackish water desalination, advanced water reuse and recycling and infrastructure modernization The cost for this proposal is about $40 billion which is a ton of money but something needs to be done….
