Either way, the original source has now walked back its claim that Trump’s Thursday speech would focus on Fulton County and the 2020 election.

I’m not saying this for sure, but… It feels like putting the cart before the horse if true. If the DOJ genuinely plans to indict people based on the Fulton GA investigation, a premature declaration of the ultimate conclusion would not be the typical way to handle it. Normally you’d expect to see indictments, followed by public statements explaining the charges.
