The psychological benefits of winning a game like last night's cannot be overstated. That one play can totally transform a team's psychology & belief in itself. It was a transformational moment for this football program.

To my solid, consistent fitness friends. Question..? Several weeks ago I had what I thought was “tennis elbow.” It got worse, and even emanated into my forearm. I’ve had to back off upper body lifting, and have concentrated on strength training legs, cardio, calithstenics, a lot of walking. What other suggestions do you have for me until I can get back on track in upper body strength training?
