A few months ago, I bought a pie with a homemade lattice over a factory stamped-out crust and I still haven't gotten over the betrayal.

@BarredinDC Lots of good suggestions here. The iconic Sichuan dishes are ma po tofu and twice cooked pork. Also co sign the cold noodles, the hand pulled noodles, the eggplant, and the dry fried chicken.
