Scientists DESTROYED rat livers with 90 days of non-stop ALCOHOL.
Every marker was failing.
BPC-157 REVERSED the damage — key markers back to NORMAL.
While they were still drinking.
(PMID: 11595456 — foundational study, confirmed across multiple models since)
If you drink and pretend your liver is fine:
→ Bloated after 2 beers
→ Foggy mornings even after “just a few”
→ Bloodshot tired eyes every morning
→ Fatigue that coffee stopped fixing
→ Pain under your right rib you keep ignoring
Ignore it long enough and the scar tissue wins. That’s called cirrhosis.
It doesn’t reverse on its own.
Alcohol replaces working liver with scar tissue.
Every drink makes the scar thicker.
Milk thistle doesn’t reverse this. NAC doesn’t. “Taking a break” slows it but doesn’t rebuild what’s destroyed.
BPC-157 reversed fatty liver, restored cell size to normal, and fixed portal pressure — in rats still being exposed to daily alcohol.
This isn’t a free pass to keep poisoning yourself.
It’s a repair signal for people ready to rebuild. ↓

Just got off the phone with a peptide manufacturer who's investing directly into US API manufacturing
Was curious as to how since China controls 90% of global protected amino acid supply (the raw building block of peptides)
& beyond protected amino acids, China also supplies essential inputs like resins, coupling reagents, & solvents
China also controls synthesis, but efficiency is a huge bottleneck right now
The error rate compounds with every amino acid you add to the chain
So for example, BPC-157 at 15 amino acids comes out correct around 74% of the time
& semaglutide at 31 amino acids comes out correct just 55% of the time
& this is why China wins
Because to compensate you need massive scale
You synthesize far more than you need, knowing a significant portion will be incorrect
China has this at scale
The US does not (at least not yet)
& the reason China built this capacity instead of the US is because of government subsidies, lower labor costs, a favorable tax environment, & a MUCH faster regulatory process
Looks like the play, at least right now, is in sourcing the protected amino acids from China, but building out synthesis capacity in the US under CGMP guidelines
The peptide market consolidation continues

BPC-157 SEALED the holes ibuprofen carves in your stomach. In 3 days.
Your pharmacist sold you Advil for 20 years. Your gut is bleeding.
Every pill punched microscopic holes in your stomach lining. Your body patched them with scar tissue that:
→ Leaks toxins into your blood every meal
→ Fires fatigue, brain fog, and joint pain
→ Destroys the lining while you swallow another one
You didn’t take the edge off. You drilled holes through your gut.
They fed lab rats diclofenac. Same class as ibuprofen. One group got BPC-157. Stomach sealed. Liver cleaned. Brain inflammation reversed.
The other group? Ulcers. Liver damage. Brain lesions. Same drug. One compound.
NSAIDs put 100,000 Americans in the hospital every year. 16,500 die.
You’re not taking ibuprofen.
You’re bleeding internally on schedule.

“GLP-1s cause osteoporosis, hair loss, blindness, etc”
Correlation ≠ causation
You know what else causes these issues? Starving yourself
Micronutrient deficiencies and inadequate protein intake from a poor diet = exactly the same side effect profile as a GLP-1
LOWER YOUR DOSE SO YOU CAN EAT ENOUGH FOOD. IT’S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE
“In this cohort we gave participants a megadose of a GLP-1 antagonist, and they were too nauseous to eat any food. Therefore GLP-1s cause osteoporosis and micronutrient deficiencies”
In order to write about pharmaceuticals, you should need to pass an IQ test, because if you can’t decipher causation or extrapolate from mechanisms, you are too foolish to speak on these subjects.
If you’re wondering why retatrutide led to more weight loss despite less direct GLP-1 agonism compared to semaglutide (Ozempic) it is because it agonizes other receptors involved in metabolic signaling instead of just suppressing your appetite even harder. Across the literature this led to more weight loss while preserving the most lean muscle.
Tl;dr: GLP-1s don’t cause osteoporosis, starving yourself and fucking your hormones does. Lift weights and dose your GLP-1 properly and you’ll be fine.

BPC-157 healed an eye injury that should have ended in BLINDNESS.
Your cornea is transparent BECAUSE it has no blood vessels. When damaged, your body floods it with vessels. Those vessels cloud your vision. The repair is what blinds you.
BPC-157 closed a punctured cornea WITHOUT surgery. Without a single blood vessel growing. Eye STAYED clear. Vision preserved.
The untreated group went blind. Permanently.
Same injury. Same severity. One compound.
BPC-157 overrode the process that destroys sight. Healed the tissue without triggering it. No other compound in published literature has done this.
Your ophthalmologist has never mentioned it. Not because the data doesn’t exist. Because a patient who heals doesn’t rebook.
544 studies. Zero toxicity. Your doctor has read none of them.
His silence isn’t ignorance. It’s business.
500mcg. Oral. Morning. Empty stomach.

Everyone's talking about retatrutide for weight loss (28.7%). Almost nobody's talking about what it does to your liver.
More than 80% reduction in liver fat. Over 90% normalization rates. In a body composition substudy from the Phase 3 program.
100 million Americans have fatty liver disease. Most don't know it. There's no FDA-approved treatment for it besides "lose weight and hope."
Retatrutide's glucagon receptor activation appears to directly target hepatic fat metabolism not just as a side effect of weight loss, but as a primary mechanism.
This isn't a weight loss drug that happens to help your liver. It might be a liver drug that happens to cause weight loss.
Phase 3 weight loss data drops first half of 2026.
Watch this space.
