Hey @CapitalOne please fix your system to not randomly drop part of someone’s first name because there are two parts. Forcing someone to submit documentation of their “name change” when they’re just trying to change it back to what it’s supposed to be is extremely frustrating

@MonosTravel @SouthwestAir I like that there are no change fees (as someone who flies with them pretty frequently, I don't mind getting travel funds back if I have to cancel a flight), the ability to get travel funds if the fare I got goes down, their two free checked bags, and their customer service!
