There is something not clear about what happened. I rewatched both video 20+ times but could never find clearly who took the first shot, as it sounds different from the other shots. And in that sort of a situation when someone says the suspect has a gun, and you hear a shot fired, its not like people are made out of glass and you can see through them. So generally you dont wait to find out, you shoot the suspect that you were told had a gun in his possession after hearing a round fired. Time will tell what actually happened. But I don't think this one is going to land on ICE's head. I think its just unfortunate. AND NEVER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF PEOPLE WERE NOT COMMITING CRIMES AGAINST LAW ENFORCEMENT AND TRYING TO FIGHT THEM WHILE ARMED! Common sense is key here, but its clear Liberals dont have any.

This looks more and more like the gun accidently discharged after it was taken, which led other officers to open fire. This is incredibly tragic. While I stand with ICE, I believe this should have been handled much differently from the beginning.
