I respect your opinion very much and have an honest question. I have watched these videos a thousand times. In the one that’s not grainy as hell and actually up close , you can clearly see his feet and body are no longer in the path of the car when he took his shots. Now I have heard yourself and even and JD Vance and many many others claim what you just said. My question is this while yes this is her fault at its core. How does this argument that he shot her to save his life stand if he was no longer in the path of the car when he shot ?

People who encourage non-compliance with law enforcement orders are putting lives at risk. If I were an armed officer and a person ignored my lawful orders and began driving in my general direction I wouldn't hesitate to shoot them. Sitting in your living room, you can claim that she was trying to drive away. An officer has neither the luxury of time, nor the luxury of doubt. He wants to go home to his kids and if you confront him, ignore his orders and then start driving at him, you will get shot. If you want to change the law, get involved in politics, don't confront law enforcement, don't ignore their orders and you'll be just fine.
