Life is a team sport. We don’t get individual trophies just for showing up. Demonstrate that life lesson by supporting and cheering for the ENTIRE team, not just your child. Teach them that contributing to team success is much more admirable than what one individual accomplishes!

Coach the person! The best part of working with kids is forming relationships. Learn about the kids you work with & coach them as people first. Show them you care. Build trust & respect. Then use the game to teach them that the ups & downs of life are a lot more than any sport!

Successful athletes must have & maintain high performance habits. That means eating to fuel an athlete body, getting enough rest, plenty of water & preparing your mind & body for peak performance. It’s not a day here & a day there. It’s not a “sometimes” thing. It’s a lifestyle!
