Formula feeding cognitive dissonance. I almost wish I had FF all my breastfed babies because I feel so much better. I know I know, selfish to care how you feel. But I think I would have been a much better wife and mother had I felt this much better.

@edinhelp hello, can you advise if I can put empty DVD cases in my plastics recycling bin (green wheely bin) or not? They are made of plastic but wasn’t sure if you accept them or not. The DVDs and cardboard sleeves have been removed.

Did you know that you can #recycle all your soft plastic now at the major supermarkets in the UK like @sainsburys and @Tesco? We take a bag of soft plastic with us every week. Nothing goes in the bin.
