What “conversion therapy” used to mean was electroshocking someone until they’re not gay anymore. What they call “conversion therapy” today is anything that isn’t immediately “affirming” a child who says they’re the opposite sex. If a child claims to be trans and you try to get them therapy, or God forbid question that and try to explore other causes, that is now considered “conversion therapy”. Laws prohibiting this are nothing but a one-way ticket to medicalizing children. They deliberately call it “LGBTQ” (letters which have absolutely nothing in common, and are often in direct conflict with one another) to hide behind the past medical abuses towards homosexuals. People are sympathetic to that. Forced teaming a completely unrelated issue with it is the only way they could EVER get support for something as abhorrent as “trans kids”. This insanity can’t stand on its own merit. But the gaslighting is no longer working. Getting a gender confused child help and therapy is a GOOD thing and should be the norm. It’s not conversion therapy, it’s called acting like the adult in the situation! There is no greater evil than coercing a child into believing they’re something they’re not, solely because the adult has a particular ideology. Let kids be kids!

What actually happened is that Biden took an app for commercial truckers to schedule cargo inspections at the border and then converted it into a one-stop digital pathway for nearly a million people to walk up to the southern border and illegally enter this country. And what this ruling essentially amounts to is a declaration that it's legal for a Democrat administration to unilaterally import over 10 million people into this country in four years, but a Republican administration cannot deport them. The judiciary is ultimately going to kill this country unless rulings like this are simply ignored. Leftist judges have completely destroyed whatever moral legitimacy the courts once had in a bid to overturn the results of the last election through blatant ideological lawfare.

For a bunch of people who flew Ukrainian flags for years and claimed to support immigrants the left sure erased the mural of a murdered Ukrainian immigrant pretty fucking fast.

What is going on with the professionalism of the judiciary? The judge used 18 exclamation marks in his 35-page opinion. Four times, he started his refutation of an argument made by the defendants with “Please!” This is a formal legal opinion, not a casual conversation.

George Floyd: A criminal who got a gold casket, murals, statues, and even presidential recognition. Iryna Zarustka: An innocent girl on a train. Can’t even have a mural. This is a level of cultural decline not even ancient Rome was familiar with.

This is partisan pot-stirring. The ruling doesn't endorse conversion therapy. It says laws that explicitly discriminate based on viewpoint are constitutionally suspect. That's it. The First Amendment doesn't just protect ideas you like.

To illustrate the total absurdity of Justice Jackson, she ruled last year that states *do not* have the right to ban child sex changes, but ruled today that states *do* have the right to ban counselors from telling boys they are not girls.

Last year, Justice Jackson dissented in the U.S. v. Skremetti case-- in which she argued that states have no right to ban gender transitions on minors. Today, she was the lone dissent on Chiles v. Salazar, writing that "there is no right to practice medicine which is not subordinate to the power of states." So, states have no right to pass laws banning children from changing their sex-- but states DO have the right to ban counselors from telling boys they are not girls. You truly can't make it up.

Horrible decision by the Chicago Bulls. There are eight games left in the season. Ivey isn't even with the team right now because he's injured. Nobody was even paying attention to what he was saying. But you have now turned it into a national scandal and a PR nightmare. Why Because some snowflake in the LGBTQ community got offended? You deserve everything you are getting right now.

I encourage another building owner in Providence to host a mural of Iryna. This is now beyond the mural's subject matter. The narrow-minded First Amendment bullying by an elected official should not be the last word here.

To be clear, this was a law that attempted to ban therapists from telling gender confused boys that they're actually boys, and girls that they're actually girls. It was literally a law prohibiting anyone in the therapy profession from verbally acknowledging biological reality to their clients. Easily one of the most psychotic pieces of legislation ever passed anywhere in the world at any time in history. The fact that Kentanji Jackson tried to uphold this law -- even as her fellow liberals broke ranks with her -- just proves again that she is the most unfit, unqualified, unhinged lunatic to ever hold a seat on the Supreme Court.
