@craigf76 Rangers spent more than the rest of the league combined. Hearts spent more than the rest (excluding Celtic and Rangers) combined.

I think Chris genuinely believes it's a big achievement for Celtic to win the league. They started poorly with a shit manager but when your budget is 10x that of the rest of the league it's hardly an underdog story when you win it.
