The problem is the use of agents for South African visas. Apart from passport data pages, they fill in anything they wish. This way the travellers fail immigration interviews on their reasons for coming. One of them had also been insulting the SA govt online, so they already had him on their radar. There has been no protest in Nigeria since Tinubu took office. The only thing that seemed like a protest was the end bad governance demonstration which led to Tinubu detaining minors. Whatever you assume are protests, are nothing but rallies. Despite that, demonstrators still get severely tear-gassed. Remember the march Sowore organized for Nnamdi Kanu in Abuja? People were arrested and sent to prison. Settling ASUU and NLC is exactly what Abacha did and that doesn’t necessarily represent democratic credentials. Targeting political parties and locking up political opponents are the characteristics of a dictator. For the people he has killed, maybe you should go to Jos and see for yourself. Or are you expecting him to execute opponents by firing squad? That will be too much in today’s world because just like Venezuela tyrannical president, Bola would be arrested like a chicken and shipped to America to answer for his crimes. Nigerians wouldn’t mind trading a deal with Trump to get rid of the rogue Bulaba. I stand by my words. If Tinubu was operating as a military ruler, he would have killed more than he’s done.

The best way for the ADC to escape this trap by Tinubu and INEC is for Sen. David Mark and Aregbesola to step aside and allow the old ADC leadership, led by former National Chairman Ralph Nwosu, to take over and lead the convention, as they are 100% with us. Never embolden a tyrant. A president can be incompetent, but we should never tolerate tyranny. We were able to change Goodluck Jonathan because he didn’t kill all the opposition. A president should perform and let the people be free to choose which useless politicians they want to rule over them. ADC, APC, and other parties are all groups of politicians who have their ambitions. However, Nigerians should be able to choose which of the devils should preside over them. In the history of Nigeria, the most tyrannical presidents so far, since democracy, have been Obasanjo and Tinubu. Goodluck was incompetent, but he was not a tyrant. Buhari was incompetent, dumb, and nepotistic DEFINITELY NOT DEMOCRATIC, but his level of tyranny is still amateur when you compare him to Tinubu. Despite the development in China, many Chinese would rather live in Canada, even when Canada is beneath China development-wise. Their main reason for that is democracy. Let’s not go the way of Cameroon, Ivory Coast, or other African dictatorial regimes. Democracy is the best system of government. I have tasted both sides, and it’s democracy all day long.
