If anyone is wondering the state of office leasing in NYC - we're signing a 1 yr lease on a space that's 45% larger than our current office at ONE THIRD the price we're paying now. Comparable location/quality/amenities.

@kiwitalkz @Icewallowcumin RTO was an effort lef by Jamie Dimon to try and prop up CRE debt coming due. Goal being that by forcing people to RTO more companies would sign leases again thus stabilizing the indsutry. For the employee -- not it doesn't make sense.

hmmmm its not as simple as that, saying they are fucking around is bullshit, in a lot of instances it increases productivity a lot of it is commercial leases and micromanagement for return to the office. Now there are certain roles where being in the office is more productive e.g designers others e.g audio and artists not so much. Also if you are commuting to work an hour to 2 hours by the time you get to work you are mentally fatigued so that affects productivity as well. It's not one size fits all.

I don't think gamers really understand how bad of a state the video game industry is in right now. The Rockstar developer I am interviewing next week has been unemployed for a year, he can't find work and this is someone who worked on L.A. Noire, RDR1, GTA V and RDR2!! Even with an impressive resume he can't even get interviews, I wasn't exaggerating when I said we are in the midst of an extinction level event of talent in the game industry.

@CoinbaseSupport Binance is functioning perfectly! No issues. All trades are going through as well as withdrawals. I recommend everyone migrate after this. Their fees are a lot cheaper as well.
