What does it mean to "deliver value"? I've been debating this for weeks More tips? More advice? More tutorials? I've been experimenting with my email list, and the results surprised me The more I gave, the less they engaged Clicks and downloads stayed average, but replies and conversations dropped significantly This led me to doubt myself Aren't you supposed to get better at something the longer you do it? After 10 years of practice, am I actually getting worse? It turns out I wasn't... It turns out I was just overthinking My realization? Ha! I wasn’t smart enough back then, but it did come with a $70k bonus that I parlayed into an RV and car and then I took advantage of being the programmer… This is what allowed me dictate my job of maintaining and continual development be remote as I lived in the RV with my wife & traveled for the next 3 years. I then came back for a significant increase in salary which includes bonuses for profit goals.

Pretty crazy milestone for me… I helped design and implement the custom software my company uses to process its orders back in 2016. So, it’s going on 8 years in production and we recently passed the 70,000 order mark. Aaaand!! Processed over $62.7M in revenue 😳 Wild!
