Kenya should decentralize services like South Africa. The Executive can remain in Nairobi, Parliament move to Mombasa, and the Judiciary to Kisumu or Eldoret. Some ministries should also be moved to Turkana to promote growth across the country.

@BravinYuri If citizens were more responsible in fulfilling their civic duty of paying taxes diligently, and if the government were accountable enough to account for every penny, the KRA would not need to resort to these measures.

KRA is no longer just about tax collection but a surveillance machinery. The amount of data access that KRA needs is not what tax should be all about. It is about surveillance.
