Lymphangioleiomyomatosis: 1. Yet another misnomer in #pulmpath 2. PEComatous proliferations in walls of lung cysts 3. ALWAYS consider in women with bilateral lung cysts, recurrent pneumothoraces, tuberous sclerosis or renal angiomyolipoma 4. VERY IMPORTANT for boards
