@cardfactoryplc I want to know who signs off on your printed signage, they need educating. Proper corporate printed sign in the window of Card Factory, Batley. It reads Open on Sunday’s. With an apostrophe! It is neither an apostrophe of omission nor an apostrophe of possession!

@AerLingus two check in agents for the entire trans Atlantic flight from Man - MCO and now the same on the return journey! Ridiculous! Also you can’t expect to say a flight is on time and say you’ve given it a new time when it’s 1hr 45 delayed in arriving!

@EmiratesSupport I have had my flight cancelled but the voucher is no use to me as I can’t travel again in next 12 months. I want a full refund but should not have to pay a fee as Emirates cancelled not me. Please advise.
