as long as you keep showing up, the results won’t have a choice. just keep showing up. day in, day out cause some of the biggest changes in your life will happen slowly before they happen all at once. even when it feels repetitive. even when it feels boring. even when you feel like you’re putting in effort and getting nothing back yet. keep showing up. keep doing the work. keep trusting that every small thing you do is adding up somewhere. life rewards the people who stay consistent long enough for the results to finally catch up.

Someone built a fitness app using the same psychological mechanics as gambling This might work better than every normal fitness app 😭😭 You bet money on whether you’ll hit 10,000 steps today If you fail, you lose your money If you succeed, you split the money from everyone who didn’t So disciplined people literally profit off lazy people Most fitness apps try motivating you with streaks and notifications This one motivates you with financial fear Imagine realizing at 11:52pm you still need 1,700 more steps or you lose $30 Entire friend groups would be outside walking laps around their neighborhood before midnight trying not to lose their steppa challenge It sounds stupid but this would probably motivate people better than any other fitness product Would you use this yourself?

MrBeast reveals the mental reframe he uses every time he feels like quitting "You just got to control your thoughts. Be like, this is the life I chose. You want success, you want to change the world, this is the price you have to pay. You should actually see this as a good thing" "This is why no one else will do what you will do. What you are feeling right now is your moat. You're lucky. It's hard. Push through it and you'll be happy you did" "There are times where I'm like, I really want to play this strategy board game, I want to do this thing. And I look at the schedule and I'm like, maybe I could do that in four days. It's very easy in moments like that to go I'm like a zoo animal. I don't have free will. I'm like a little robot to my businesses" "No, the average person does not want to live the life I live or be in my head. They would be miserable because you're just working all the time. They would just ask themselves why am I working all the time? Why don't I do literally anything else?" "Most people would be like oh, let's just grab a couple million dollars and be happy"

@WarchantOutloud @RGIII At least he got takedowns. What did strickland do to deserve the victory besides land jabs?

@RGIII We gotta stop rewarding pointless take downs if you don’t ground and pound, otherwise it just turns into wrestling that goes nowhere.

@RGIII Takedowns don’t mean much when you don’t do anything with them. What does a takedown matter when they get back up with little to no damage. And Sean’s jab was incredible. Did exactly what he had to do to win.

This is where that 2000 dollar machine ends up, so take the money and just get a nice gym membership for the whole family, you’re only going to work out consistently if you have to put your shoes on and drive someplace to actually accomplish something

Telegram founder Pavel Durov reveals why he hasn't had depression in over 20 years: "I normally never have depression. I don't remember having depression in the last 20 years at least. One of the reasons for that is I start doing things. I identify the problem, I can see a solution, and I start executing the strategy" "People often make this mistake thinking, oh, I should just have some rest and then regain energy. This is not how it works. You gain energy by doing something. You start doing something, then it happens, you feel motivated, you feel inspired" "If you are stuck in this loop of being worried about something, nothing's ever going to change"

@Thevinniep28 @rahbillz04 @Joerb31 It takes more than just being a great athlete at TE to stress a defense. He’s going to have to become a more consistent blocker & a better route runner at the next level. The potential is there with the athleticism but his game needs real development.

Don’t love #Jets Sadiq pick. Great athlete but raw route runner & blocking is a worry bc of his size. I hate comparing him to past #Jets but he reminds me of Dustin Keller who had moments but you’d never pick this high. Positional value not ideal, either. Hope he proves me wrong.

@Thevinniep28 @rahbillz04 @Joerb31 What guy said it? I said it a while ago although Daniel Jeremiah did too. His athletic profile is similar to Keller & size/skillset wise they match up. He’s a 240 pound move TE whose blocking is a work in progress. He’s also a raw route runner. Phenomenal athlete but needs work.

@Thevinniep28 @rahbillz04 @Joerb31 That’s a highlight reel. Again, watch full games on the All 22 & you see that while he’s willing & has moments, he’s inconsistent & overall not the caliber of a quality NFL inline TE. He’s a 240 lbs super athletic move TE. But his blocking as a whole needs work at the next level.

@Playlikeajet1 @rahbillz04 @Joerb31 Whats similar to dustin keller because that guy said it? Hes an outlier athlete who can block. Hes slightly short but makes up for it with his speed. Can use him as a weapon dont need him to be an inline tight end. I dont see the issue.

@rahbillz04 @Thevinniep28 He was not a great blocker. Watch the film. @joerb31 is a good resource. He’s a willing blocker & has potential to improve but he’s a move TE, not an inline. He’s an undersized NFL TE with tremendous athleticism, more of a Dustin Keller type.

Darren Mougey on Night 1: EDGE David Bailey TE Kenyon Sadiq WR Omar Cooper Jr You are just looking for anything to be upset about if you aren’t happy. Stud on the Edge and two weapons for an offense that desperately needed it Great night for Mougey and the #Jets

@RGallagher___ 8-11th on consensus boards? Who are you? You have special access to teams boards? Pulling shit out of your ass. Your whole opinion is based off a false premise.

I think people are missing the point. Bailey is probably somewhere between the 8-11th “best” player on consensus boards. If the Jets arrived at the conclusion that he’s the best non qb in the draft, their process sucked. Also the reasoning coming out of “safest” floor is insane
Optimistic Jets@OptimisticJets

Whether the #Jets take Reese or Bailey tomorrow, I will be happy. To act like the Jets botched the pick taking Bailey who had one of the best college seasons ever as a pass rusher is absurd. Also absurd because Arvell Reese hasn’t proven anything for people to act like that
