Trump is now telling Erika Kirk to sue Druski for his parody video. The “free speech” party folks! These snowflake Republicans are offended by comedy.

“When we say Afro American, we include everyone in the Western Hemisphere of African descent. South America is America. Central America is America. South America has many people in it of African descent. And everyone in South America of African descent is an Afro-American. Everyone in the Caribbean, whether it’s the West Indies or Cuba or Mexico, if they have African blood, they are Afro Americans. If they’re in Canada and they have African blood, they’re Afro Americans.”–Malcolm X (1964) blackpast.org/african-americ…

I don't think colonialism explains why Africa has such low growth. Asia had colonialism too.

@ujjwalooo The difference is Sinners is actually reflective of Black American history and culture as opposed to films that center around various African cultures.

“Native Americans don’t have a separate country.” Y’all walk around these digital streets like experts when y’all are very clearly charlatans. Native Americans have sovereign territories within the U.S. where they make their own laws and govern their own affairs. YOU want to assimilate into a nation that hates and actively genocides your people on an ongoing basis. That’s great for you, but be a little quieter with your ignorance for the people who want to hear analysis based on actual facts and history, not just your vibes and feelings.
Ms. Sn@cks@HenriettaSnacks

Black Americans are not a separate nation. We are an ethnic group within a country. True. That has been the case for other historically oppressed peoples throughout history. Native Americans don't have a separate country. European Jews impacted by the Holocaust did not have a country. There are still ways to advocate for ourselves. This will not fly an excuse for a foreign nation, with its own history of COMPLICIT ACTS in the very atrocity it is now wanting to address, to appoint themselves as spokesmen on the matter. It will not be viewed as benevolent or true allyship. Not when Black Americans have successfully organized and gone before the UN before.

Dawg, Black Americans don’t even have independent representation in these international bodies because we are a colonized people. Y’all don’t even stop and think what it means to be so thoroughly conquered that we don’t even have our right to self-determination recognized. We have Black radicals languishing in US prisons who have fought to be recognized as prisoners of war because it triggers international humanitarian law and acknowledgment of Black Americans’ right to self-defense as a colonized people. These kinds of tweets are so ignorant and reveal the narrowness of FBA thought. As if the Translatlantic Slave Trade wasn’t a civilizational attack on Africans.
Ms. Sn@cks@HenriettaSnacks

This was the full statement by the U.S. delegate. Yes, he accurately clocked Ghana for trying to attach itself to the victims (OUR ancestors), but also gave a laundry list of bogus opposition points. Same as in 2016.

Haitians killing their French slavers and declaring their republic did not end the Transatlantic slave trade, you absolute clown. Haitians had no capacity to end the slave trade because whatever navy they had would never have been even remotely capable of doing what the British were capable of. What TF were a bunch of Haitians going to do? Row out to slave ships in dinghies and throw rocks at them? Stop being fucking ridiculous. Britain ended the Transatlantic slave trade, and went into five generations of debt to do so. Frankly, they shouldn't have bothered, given how ungrateful you all are. (Also, how's Haiti going these days?)
Adémọ́lá.@OgbeniDemola

Britain did not end slave trade, before the abolition of slavery was passed in the British parliament in 1835, Africans in Haiti had already abolished slavery for life in 1804 and declared the first ever Black Republic. Immediately after slave trade ended, colonialism followed which the British spearheaded. African resistance ended slavery, not British benevolence!

And YOU identify with the imperial system that actually enslaved us and terrorized us for 400 years. I’m led to believe that a lot of you FBA are descendants of the very ones who enslaved our people and got caught up in the enslavement as well because there’s no WAY you want to demonize the people who’s relatives where ravaged and taken from them on those West African shores but cozy on the underbelly of the very beast that has convinced the WORLD that you are only 3/5ths of a fuckin human….
TheQueenofLA 🇺🇸@Queenofla2

Black Americans celebrating Ghana’s UN slavery resolution identify with the African ethnic groups who SOLD us. Those of us opposed identify with the American slaves & the culture they built on this soil. That’s not African — it’s ours. The sellers don’t speak for the sold.

Predicting that those Black ICE pigs will start hollering about finding nooses and cotton in their lockers, their vehicles being sabotaged, and being assigned all the shitty detail. The women agents are going to catch hell too, law enforcement is extremely misogynistic and women in the field are treated like shit by their colleagues. That’s what happens when you work for fascists, you suffer.
