NEW: 23-year-old Sara Milliken crowned Miss Alabama in the National American Miss pageant. Milliken, who said her goal was to just make the top 10, has inspirational words for young women after her win. "No matter what your body looks like, no matter where you come from, you can do anything you set your mind to," Milliken said. "Just making it to top 10 was my goal, ya know, I could leave the weekend saying I was better than I was the year before, and it’s all about bettering yourself for me." Milliken will now move on to nationals to compete on Thanksgiving week.

NEW: Man pulls out a gun and starts shooting at a truck after the driver tries running him over in a driveway. Indiana man Dustin L. Roecker has been charged with attempted murder for trying to run over a man with his car. The victim can be seen jumping and pulling out his gun as the driver tries running him over. As he gets tossed onto the hood of his Corvette, the victim pulls out a gun and starts shooting. Roecker then threw himself out of the window and fled on foot. He was later caught by police. Roecker was charged with attempted murder, criminal recklessness, resisting law enforcement and auto theft. The victim was sent to the hospital with leg injuries.
