@MakeMyTrip @makemytripcare I am waiting for a response from you and the settlement . I have shared with you yesterday the bill from Honda Authorised Service Centre for paint of both the doors which were damaged by the valet parking of Hotel Ell Bee Rishikesh...pls arrange to pay the balance amount. If you and the hotel start behaving like this how would some body trust MakeMyTrip and Hotel Ellbee. There is no point in hiding and staying silent, I shall be tweeting you daily until this is resolved..Let people understand how inconsiderate you are..

@makemytrip @makemytripcare Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I am writing to formally register a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at EllBee Ganga View RISHIKESH booked through "MakeMyTrip" the night of 12th May under the name Ms. Shilpi Sharma. We paid approximately Rs. 10,000 for a single night stay expecting a premium and professionally managed hospitality experience. Unfortunately, what we experienced was completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. The most serious issue was that our Honda car was damaged by the hotel’s valet parking staff. The vehicle was banged against a wall while being parked, resulting in scratches and damage on both doors. What was even more shocking was the response of the hotel management. Mr. Vijay Singh, the Hotel Manager, clearly stated to us that the hotel is “not responsible for anything wrong done by its employees.” Such a statement reflects a complete lack of accountability towards paying guests and raises serious concerns regarding the hotel’s operational standards and customer safety practices. The true test of the character of any hotel, especially a so-called premium hotel, is not how it behaves when everything is normal, but how responsibly and professionally it responds during a crisis created by its own staff. Unfortunately, in our case, the hotel management completely failed that test. Instead of handling the situation with responsibility, empathy, and professionalism, the management chose to deny accountability and displayed extremely poor customer handling. No guest paying a premium amount should be subjected to such treatment. Additionally, the condition of the hotel itself was far below acceptable standards. The room walls had visible moisture and dampness, clearly reflecting poor maintenance and hygiene. This is not the standard customers expect from properties promoted on MakeMyTrip as premium hotels. We were also informed that the hotel’s corporate office is based in Delhi. However, despite repeated requests, none of the hotel officials shared the contact details of the concerned corporate representatives or senior management so that we could escalate and discuss the matter directly. This further reflected the hotel’s unwillingness to transparently address a genuine customer grievance. Based on our experience, guests should be clearly aware of the risks associated with staying at this property, especially regarding vehicle safety and the hotel’s refusal to take responsibility for the actions of its own staff. I expect MakeMyTrip to urgently investigate this matter and provide: 1. A formal written response regarding the negligence of the hotel and valet staff. 2. Compensation for the vehicle damage caused during valet parking. 3. Clarification on how such poorly maintained and irresponsibly managed hotels continue to be promoted on your platform. 4. Appropriate action against the hotel management for their conduct and customer handling. I request that this complaint be treated seriously as it concerns customer safety, property damage, and misleading quality representation. Please feel free to DM/contact me for any further clarification or supporting evidence regarding this incident. Awaiting your urgent resolution

No response Make My Trip..we know you cant take the hotel head on because of your business relationship , but we will keep on highlighting here on the unjust treatment by MakeMyTrip and hotel. Let people know about makemyvtrip and its selection of poor hotels at a high price, the holiday season is just starting
