@EliAfriatISR Jesus Christ for sure is the Jewish person who had the greatest impact. That’s why the Romans put the sign on his cross, “The King of the Jews.”

When I was Muslim, I compared Muhammad’s last words to Jesus’ last words. Not just the facts, but the spirit behind them. And bro, the difference is staggering. It shook my devout Muslim faith. According to Sahih al-Bukhari, Muhammad’s final words included: “May Allah curse the Jews and the Christians. They made the graves of their prophets into places of worship.” Those are words associated with his final moments. No forgiveness. No reconciliation. No peace. Now compare that to Jesus. Beaten, betrayed, tortured, hanging on a cross with nails through His wrists, Jesus says: “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” And then: “It is finished.” One dies speaking curses. The other dies extending forgiveness. One ends by drawing lines and reinforcing division. The other tears the veil and reconciles heaven and earth. And whether people like it or not, final words reveal something deeply personal about the heart. That contrast shook me. Because one man’s final moments reinforced separation, while the other’s changed eternity through mercy, sacrifice, and love. Please sit with that honestly.

Me: trying to return package at Japanese post office. Employee: Do you have the form? Me: ...possibly. I hand her three unrelated receipts, a train ticket, and what might've been a noodle coupon. Employee studies documents with incredible professionalism. Employee: This is from convenience store. Me: Right. Employee: And this is train station. Me: Also correct. Employee: And this... long pause. Employee: ...coupon for karaoke. Me: I was going through a lot emotionally. woman trying SO HARD not to laugh. finally she gives me correct form. entire thing in Japanese. Me staring at paper like ancient curse tablet. Employee: It's okay. I help. for next ten minutes this woman basically carried me academically through the Japanese postal system. at the end I bow respectfully and say: Thank you for your patience. Employee: No problem. You had strong confusion. Honestly one of the most accurate descriptions of my life.

The Islamic Republic launches the ‘Alsabehat’ II, a submarine/weapon capable of annihilating all American Navy forces in the Strait of Hormuz ‼️ ‘Alsabehat’ is an Islamic term derived from the Quran, specifically from Surah An-Nazi’at (79:3), which describes “those who swim/glide smoothly.” This is a testament to the ingenuity and engineering prowess of the mullahs.

@NancyMace In our state of MO we have “personal property tax” on top of state income tax and real estate tax. You are taxed on the value of your vehicles. It’s the junker law because it makes more sense to keep an old clunker. @GovKehoeComms

If he attacks Iran again Iran will destroy the gulf states. There are no negotiations. Iran’s demands haven’t changed. Trump has lost the war. All that’s left is to admit it to himself.

The NYT article reveals that our military is telling President Trump what has been obvious from the onset of this war: there is no quick military solution in Iran and our early actions set the conditions for the stalemate we are in now. Trump’s best option is to declare victory and walk away now. Limit our exposure in the region, reduce the risk of Iran restarting the war on their terms, and reset negotiations with sanctions relief as both carrot and stick. The Iranians have adapted to our attacks. They can “win” simply by not losing. Future strikes will be less effective, cost us more in casualties, and further harden Iranian resolve. Killing the Supreme Leader rallied the Iranian people around the regime. By also eliminating many moderate leaders, we’ve left ourselves with mostly hardliners to negotiate with, who are unlikely to give Trump the concessions he’s demanding. Two lessons we should have learned in the GWOT: 1. If you stay within reach of the enemy, they will adapt and ultimately win the long war by grinding us down. Iran is doing this on a massive scale with ballistic missiles, air defenses, and drones—the same concept as IEDs, just more advanced. 2. Attacking a nation will rally the people around the regime we’re trying to overthrow, or around forces far worse. Regime change is a fool’s errand.

@MasterMaliq Maybe start by convincing ALL Muslims to live at peace, that includes those in Europe who are currently committing atrocities, those in Iran who are killing Christian converts, those in Iraq, and those in Nigeria to stop, etc. These aren’t just deeds from ancient history.

This map’s absence from your history classroom is conspicuous. What accounts for its absence? The answer is straightforward: “Before It Was America” was not uninhabited land awaiting exploration. Instead, it was inhabited by hundreds of nations, namely Cherokee, Navajo, Sioux, Apache, and Comanche, each possessing its own system of government, language, and territorial demarcations for millennia. The historical narrative in your textbook commenced in 1776. This map, on the other hand, presents the truth from the outset.

Anyone who thinks the US and Israel attacked Iran only because of the nuclear issue is completely naive. Their real objective was to gain control over Iran’s natural resources and install a puppet government there.
