Hi Viva! I’m the one who initially broke this story way back in January so I can help you out here. I reported that Tyler went to Panguitch and he ordered the a steak, medium rare, which came with a side of mashed potatoes and vegetables. He did not order any beer and I made it clear at that time that the cameras at the restaurant were inoperable, but that Tyler paid with his card. (I believe I said credit card—so I indeed stand corrected if it was debit instead. Credit and debit cards tend to look alike, so forgive the mistake). The receipt you are looking at is real and reflects my reporting. Tyler Robinson did not leave until approximately 10pm that evening. Outside of a bullet train, it’s going to be a tough sell to explain how he could have possibly made it back to Orem shortly after midnight in time to be pulled over. Going to have to drop a lot more cash on overwhelmed influencers and bodycam crashes, I suspect. Great work @DiligentDenizen following up on this story. As we all know, there will be more to come!

The prosecution did not present a statement from Tyler Robinson’s parents claiming their son is guilty because it doesn’t exist. That isn’t going to be evidence in the trial. The “confession” from Tyler Robinson is only from the alleged text messages he sent lance twiggs that coincidentally describe every aspect of the crime required to charge him. Who said: he never talked to Tyler about lgbt issues or Charlie Kirk, could not recognize Tyler from any of the videos, only “confessed” via text. The state is not allowing the defense to cross examine twiggs. Only the one interview will be allowed. There are no other witnesses whatsoever to the crime or the motivation of Tyler Robinson. The fragments did not match the claimed murder weapon The 30-06 150 grain round can not physically do what was seen with Charlie Kirk and no one has been able to replicate anything close to that The only DNA matching Tyler to the alleged crime was found on two items that belong to Nothing at the scene and the gun could not have been the weapon and has not been linked to the crime. In America you are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Especially in execution cases. There can be no doubt. There is actually reasonable doubt that it is even possible that Tyler could have done this crime. The massive amount of money put towards the propaganda against him and the fact that no other leads were followed and any basic question from the public is met with a visceral and emotional anger, is very suspicious. I learned a long time ago it’s not my job to convince or change anyone. I can’t make someone do anything. But for people confused by the noise and spells I will do my best to lay it out clearly so you can make whatever decision for yourself. Approving of murder puts some of it on you and takes it off the criminals. So simply not demanding a murder or just thinking or saying “this all seems suspicious” detaches you from it. Let them carry the burden of murder themself. They did it, let them deal with it. Not you.

@Molly6478179078 @AndrewKolvet Agent Brian David testified in the preliminary hearing that Robinson turned himself in around 9pm after the discord confession. He also interviewed Robinson mother about the process of identifying him. The interviews were recorded for evidence. I’m sure we will see her testify.

Full relevant quote: "I wouldn't say with a 100% certainty just because of the camera quality, but that looks like him in terms of the shoes he's wearing, the sunglasses. I don't think I'd specifically seen him wearing that hat, but he was usually wearing a hat, and then jeans so ... It definitely especially the last two definitely do look like him. "They do look like Tyler Robinson."

They do not work in tandem with the main cellebrite headquarters when doing an extraction. Are you working with Bill Gates when you use Microsoft Windows? I didn’t realize the story department labeled twiggs “roommate”’to make the narrative easily digestible to “all levels of intelligence.” That’s soooooo funny. Anyone slurping this slop to their audience is done. Nickels Fuentes claims this is an absolute fact. “Roommate” is for sub 70 IQ people. The assumption is normal people are too exhausted and distracted from the system stress to go back and look. Btw this is the ONLY “evidence” against Tyler Robinson.

A 1-year-old in Mississippi was shot and killed by police after a cop opened fire on a vehicle involved in an alleged shoplifting incident at a Walmart. An adult was also critically wounded. A witness says they saw 2 women leaving the store with an infant, Kohen Kartier Wiley, and a box of diapers. Relatives deny that Wiley's mother and aunt were shoplifting, with some saying they had a digital receipt on a phone. This is a national tragedy. The officers knew about Kohen Kartier Wiley being in the car before they opened fire. Firing into a moving vehicle in a crowded parking lot over a non-violent offense is both criminally reckless and completely unjustified. RIP Kohen Kartier Wiley
