Starting again from scratch, as I deactivated my account for a social media break, and apparently missed the 30 day mark to log back in 😔

@dvorak360 @markandcharlie @baoigheallain That makes sense. I have business insurance as I have to transport the learners I work with. However my company make us provide proof of cover at start of employment, then again at least once a year.

I have business cover so that I can drive between office sites or give collegues a lift (without arguing if after work activities are social not business); But wouldn't be insured to do deliveries under it)

Is there anything as statistically dangerous as driving, where you can get a license at 17 years old and are not required to re-test for at least another 53 years?

Kids rabbit died, couldn't be arsed burying it. Mrs wanted to see where I buried it so went down the garden, moved a bit of mud about and said there. Kids/Mrs now have a nice little shrine for a rabbit that's really in the green recycle bin.

Not helped by my parked car being hit twice, and being in a collision with a new driver that's left me with a permanent bad back. Her second at fault collision in her first 6 months!

@teppichhai @EmergMedDr I was in a&e this evening (in the UK), only one other patient put a mask on in spite of signs everywhere, and conveniently everyone 'needed' a carer with them, some people even had two people with them and they wouldn't move for patients even when asked. Total entitlement.

@TaffSpur @CryptoTurtle007 @CitizenUddin It heats up whilst I'm driving. If I need to then stay in the car it is already warm. My kids manage just fine. Blanket kept in for longer waits. I never said that, there is a difference between legitimate use and sitting polluting when parked.

Section 42 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 prohibits leaving your engine on when it is not needed. This act enforces Rule 123 of the Highway Code, which states “you must not leave a vehicle’s engine running unnecessarily while that vehicle is stationary on a public road”.

@ask_aubry The weight thing; I'm only 5'2 and weigh just over that. Still in healthy range. So taller women will be even less of a so-called whale at the same weight 🤦🏼‍♀️
