I have a deep pessimism that the Ethereum ecosystem can maintain any semblance of cypherpunk values. In its most recent mandate, the Ethereum Foundation champions CROPS, which stand for "censorship-resistance, open source, privacy, and security." While this is a noble goal, the blockchain itself and its architecture are not well-suited to censorship resistance or privacy, which wholly undermines security. The whole ecosystem not only has tremendous technical debt and architectural constraints, but there are also cultural artifacts that may handicap development toward a true CROPs-based position. With that said, I do believe there are good actors in that space, and many of them mean well. Some of them really are cypherpunks trying to build actual anonymity-enhancing applications. I just don't think they have the proper environment or tooling to do the job right. Overall, the biggest concern is that the Ethereum ecosystem could turn out to be a psyop to hijack the privacy meme and cuckhold the community. We need to continue blowing the whistle on any ecosystem or person who grandstands on privacy but fails to deliver tools, techniques, or code that uphold the principle in its purest form. This is not a call for a purity spiral, but a call to recognize that we do have the start of an infrastructure and the capabilities to develop truly privacy-preserving, censorship-resistant, secure, open-source, and unstoppable applications. I recommend reviewing the @Logos_network tech stack, which is available on the v0.1 testnet. Basecamp is available for download right now for experimentation. build.logos.co We also have partners who are building along similar lines and can actually maintain a CROPS-like position (within their spheres of operation). Look into these orgs: @DarkFiSquad @zano_project @nym There are plenty of others whom I will miss here, and I recognize that. Will compile a larger list of organizations and platforms that are building real privacy solutions and infra.

Monolithic security fails monolithically. Keycard separates: - Interface - Signing - Key storage So one compromised layer doesn’t compromise everything.

Privacy is the holy grail for the future of crypto and parallel societies. Not pseudo-privacy driven by institutional cucks...Real privacy, based on the principled position that there can be no sacrifices, tradeoffs, or betrayals. This is the only way.

There was a window (early 2000s) - when a musician could build a career online that no platform fully owned. Sell MP3s directly. Get paid in PayPal before PayPal had community guidelines. Run a mailing list nobody could deplatform. Build an audience that followed the artist, not the algorithm. That window closed. Streaming platforms now own the relationship between artist and audience. Payment processors decide which artists are acceptable. Patreon bans categories of content. Bandcamp got acquired and hollowed out. Substack gets threatened quarterly. Every creator monetization layer is now a permission layer. Somebody, somewhere, is deciding whether your art is acceptable enough to be paid for. DarkFi is what that early 2000s window looks like.

Join us in about an hour. My friend @James_of_Arc will talk about Arc, network states, and parallel societies. We agree on a lot, but I anticipate some pieces of the puzzle we might disagree on. Nonetheless, the conversation will be a massively civil value add. Can't wait.

Why does your borrow rate on app.primefi.xyz suddenly spike when the pool fills up? It's not random. It's not manual. It's an algorithm that's been running in DeFi since Aave. And it's worth understanding. 🔹 Every asset pool has a metric called Utilization (U), showing how much of the available liquidity is currently borrowed. 🔹 The protocol sets an optimal Utilization target for each pool. Below that target, rates rise slowly. Above it, they climb aggressively. In math terms: 🔹 If U ≤ U_optimal: Rate = Base Rate + (U / U_optimal) × Slope1 🔹 If U > U_optimal: Rate = Base Rate + Slope1 + ((U - U_optimal) / (1 - U_optimal)) × Slope2 Slope2 is much steeper than Slope1. That's intentional. When a pool hits 90%+ utilization, borrow rates spike hard. This does two things at once: → Discourages new borrowers from draining the pool → Attracts new lenders chasing the higher yield The pool self-corrects. No human intervention. No governance vote needed. And for lenders, your yield is just as transparent: Your APY = Overall Borrow Rate × Utilization × (1 − Reserve Factor) Nearly everything borrowers pay flows to depositors. The Reserve Factor is the small cut set aside for the protocol treasury. This isn't a black box. It's open math, inherited from Aave v2, independently audited, and battle-tested across billions in liquidity. When you deposit on PrimeFi, you know exactly where your yield comes from. That's DeFi done right. Read more: docs.primefi.xyz/borrow/instere…

Zero Knowledge Network
Zero Knowledge Network@_zknet·
ZKNetwork Project Update - 2026-03-20 Spring equinox. Day and night in balance, and the light begins to lead. In regenerative systems, these thresholds matter: accumulated energy finds its form and starts to move. What grew roots in the dark reaches for light. For ZKNetwork, this moment carries particular resonance. After seasons of deep research, iterative testnet deployments, hardware prototyping, and the careful composition of a privacy-first technology stack, the project emerges from the encrypted quiet of construction into visible expression. ➡️ The Dawn of Regenerative Privacy Infrastructure Our latest article maps where ZKNetwork stands, what it has built, and where the architecture points next: Dual-Layer Architecture: ZKNetwork’s infrastructure follows the pattern of mycelial networks beneath a forest floor. A Lunar Layer of encrypted privacy protocols, including post-quantum mixnets, zero-knowledge trust systems, and decentralized coordination, runs beneath a Solar Layer of sovereign hardware, privacy-first applications, and community-owned DePIN infrastructure. Together they form an adaptive system: under permissive conditions, applications flourish openly; under pressure, the encrypted substrate expands to shelter more of what matters. Platform Capabilities: Interconnected utility layers designed for independent adoption or seamless composition: Mix Network transport, Metadata-Private Group Chat, ZK Trust Registry, ZK-Firewall, ZK Provenance Services, and Secure Edge Hardware. Each new participant widens the coordination surface and strengthens the privacy set. Phased Roadmap: From completed Genesis Research through Network Activation, Developer Ecosystem, Enterprise Infrastructure, and Institutional Scale, a 24-month arc where each phase builds deliberately on the last. Regenerative Tokenomics: The ZKN token as the network’s circulatory system, with protocol revenue flowing through the Regenerative Tokenomics Router across four interlocking pools creating continuous feedback loops between revenue, supply dynamics, and ecosystem development. This is infrastructure for the Intelligence Era: privacy as foundation, verification without exposure, value that regenerates through participation.
