@landofthe80s Believe it or not… I totally loved the show as a kid… I was excited to find that it’s available on Amazon Prime (and a few other services too), and decided to rewatch it last year. I think I made it three or four episodes in. It is wholly unwatchable. 😕

What’s hilarious about Gen Z thinking they are so edgy calling people the “R word”, is that Gen X was called that our entire childhoods by everyone from our drunk uncle, to our gym teacher, to our best friends, and you cannot hurt us with it. I used to say it too. And then somebody who works with disabled kids told me it rubbed em the wrong way, Even though I didn’t mean it to degrade anyone. So I stopped saying it. And now it’s back again like it’s 1986. But now it’s groyper incel losers who think they’re punk. Life is wild.
