I wanted to include my #PhDstudent on a #research grant, which counts on their CV here 🇪🇸. But no siree, our university @upvehu couldn't in 2 months provide grant host @CSIC an authorization for him to participate (or not). Spain #science is suffocating in needless #bureaucracy.
