@MotionMetaX How does no one realize this is AI 😂 everyone praising this guy for nothing lol

I spent an entire decade collecting this set of PSA 10 1999 Pokémon 1st Edition Base Set cards.
Most people parked their money in things that lose value over time.
I bought holographic cardboard that somehow printed more than most portfolios 😭
What is the one collectible you think people still underestimate?

English

@yosidadesu That is very cool! Glad to connect with you as well- and yes I agree !
English

@yosidadesu Yes definitely haha. I love the corocoro cards. I'm really drawn to this card since I was kid too, which is why I bought this!

English

@HelloKittyTimo Very good insight and thats a reason why I only collect low pop pre '98 cards now. The pop reports for these cards will be extremely difficult to grow in the high grades, preserving rarity and scarcity way more efficiently than modern
English

@dazza9x People with connections to PSA who are deep into collecting these two cards specifically confirmed it. The only PSA 10 glossy '96 Jiggly is owned by a Swiss collector.
All of the psa 10 pikas in the pop report have been confirmed to be mislabels. There are photos of them all
English

@TokenframeNFT Can I ask how it was confirmed? I know a lot of PSA 10 glossy pikachu were discounted
English

@maxchadwick Weren't the prototype cards debunked? I know there were CGC graded copies that were found to be printed in 2024... as for carddass I consider those stickers from vending machines vs the first official TCG cards
English

the first Charizard you know isn't the first Charizard?
the most iconic Pokemon card in history almost looked completely different
months before Base Set launched in 1996, Charizard had a prototype version drawn by Ken Sugimori
the final version was redrawn by Mitsuhiro Arita with HP120 and the Energy Burn ability that made it a playground legend

English

@alexroadweb @xcopybot @CozomoMedici @gondixyz @sqda I was lucky enough to mint this baby, glad it ended up in an amazing collection 🏆

@PokeCardStop He also illustrated the Super Metroid and Star Fox comics and had a big part in Pokemon Stadium for N64
English

This Mewtwo was illustrated by Benimaru Itoh who has illustrated a number of other less conventional Pokémon works.
The illustrations seen in picture 1 are all from Itoh. They were originally produced as part of the first Pokémon Encyclopedia that was released in April, 1996. (Picture 2) These were later printed on the back of the very first Pokémon cards from Bandai released later that same year.
In addition to the Encyclopedia, Itoh also illustrated a handful of other Pokémon TCG cards. This would include cards like Brock’s Onix from Gym Heroes, and this CoroCoro promo Steelix (picture 3)

Good morning! ☀️ here’s a card that creeps me out 🫣
English

Big thanks to the @getcollectrapp team for updating all my cards i submitted in!
Super fast about 1 hour and done.
For those who invest in the dark corner of low pop Pokemon cards where sales are not so common heres how you can stop being broke.
1. Click your card
2. Click the 3 dots
3. Report
4. Report pricing issue
5. Missing sales
Now the missus will stop complaining and saying my cardboard is worth 0.

Whats wrong with my Pokemon investment thesis… 80% of what I have is worth “unavailable” or doesn’t even exist on the apps 😅. @getcollectrapp please help Am i buying hidden treasures or just junks guys. Be honest. No Rarity to the moon! Corocoro to the Uranus! #TCG #PokemonTCG
English

@articuno321jp @cimuken Im loving your articles by the way, have read several of them in the past couple of weeks
English

@TokenframeNFT @cimuken Thank you. Prices have indeed surged unbelievably over the past month. I’ll update the figures as needed.
English

@articuno321jp @cimuken The PSA 10 of lily mew sold recently for $15,000 USD and again for $11,000 USD, you should update the price in your blog 😉
English

@cimuken 後悔先に立たずとわかっていても、私も同じ思いをしたことあります😢
でも同じカードを元よりも高く買うのはすごく負けた気になりますよね
と言うわけでミュウの値段置いときます

@HelloKittyTimo @getcollectrapp Thank you too and wow I didn't know about that private sale!
English

@TokenframeNFT @getcollectrapp Thanks a lot and Damn your collection is the dream!

English

@HelloKittyTimo @getcollectrapp PS nice collection, no rarities and corocoro are my vibe too 😁
English

@HelloKittyTimo @getcollectrapp A faster way to do this is to Report Pricing Issue. Click the upper right 3 dots and enter the info of the latest sale you can find on Cardladder, ebay, fanatics, etc. I had to report all of these prices myself. Collectr doesn't pick up sales automatically.

English

@JanneSkytt @Bellsprout_Boss The cards were definitely released in 1997. Do you have any evidence that shows they were printed in 1995? Everything I've found says that Topsun got the license for printing the cards in 97
English

@TokenframeNFT @Bellsprout_Boss They were printed in 1995 to go with Red/Green original planned release date in 11/1995, but the games were pushed 3 months forwards and were released in 02/1996.
These cards were released in 1996 in Japan
