Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for a conversation, Ynet reports.
Israel wants to discuss Iranian drones and possible cooperation. Kyiv has extensive experience intercepting such drones, so Tel Aviv is seeking consultations.
Ukraine’s ambassador to Israel, Yevhen Korniychuk, confirmed that the request for a call has been passed on. Due to the leaders’ busy schedules, the conversation has not yet taken place but may happen early next week.
