I introduced HR 8591, the No Capital Gains Tax on Family Farms Act, with @RepMGP yesterday. The bill preserves family farms by allowing farmers to sell their land to family members without paying capital gains taxes. We are losing too much farmland to data center development.

May 19th is the day we find out if Kentucky supports the most America First member of congress, or if they pick the side of the neocon warmongers.
