I wanted to share something for newer sellers. In order for our business to have grown so quickly in under 2 years, we had to leverage credit cards and AMZ loans. Leverage is what ultimately built the business. Not only did we use leverage, we had to reinvest nearly all profits back into the business the entire time. Taking small amounts of cash for bills and needs. Practically living off of cashback at times. This is the first time we have been able to sit on over 6figs of cash, still have inventory on hand, and have no debt to pay off. Will likely start placing PO’s with the cash we have on hand in the near future. This is all to say that it takes a lot of patience and delayed gratification to succeed in an inventory based business if you are not starting with mountains of capital. Just know that you are not alone when you notice you have very little cash in the bank and tons of credit card debt to continuously pay off. Most of us have been there or are in the same situation now. Leverage will help you grow, given you use it correctly and make good decisions. Just remember that the profits that you take to out party and spend frivolously will hinder your cash snowball and slow growth.
