The new EHRC guidance on how to ensure equal rights of all to access basic services falls short of being inclusive or workable in the real world - I will continue to work with other MPs who recognise this to navigate how we change that. Given how toxic discussion of trans rights has become am not going to respond to comments here because doubt will help anyone. Posting this video so residents in Walthamstow know of my concerns and actions. Also want to flag to any Walthamstow resident who wants to talk my next open public forum for political debate is on Thursday 28th May at 7pm and all welcome - email my office to rsvp for venue details.

@TomboyThree @Janeno611 I have, and what I said is correct. You will find the relevant statement in paragraph 13.147.

@bindelj 7 I’ll never not find it mystifying that people like Bragg attempt to recharacterise those rights as politically objectionable. Ultimately the only part of this screenshot I can recommend are the last two words.

Please don't just be angry and outraged. Please take the time to request a Sentencing Review and try to help get these sentences overturned: gov.uk/ask-crown-cour… It will ask you for some case details as you go through the submission, I will put the necessary answers below. It takes less than 5 minutes — we need to do this for the sake of these poor children. Answers needed... Names of the convicted: "Have been withheld from the public. Sentencing Judge is Judge Nicholas Rowland. Date of sentence: "21 / 05 / 2026" and "within the past 28 days" Crown Court where this sentence was issued: "Southampton" Which offence(s) was the sentence given for?: "Rape, and Taking and Possessing Indecent Images" Why do you think the sentence is unduly lenient?: Insert your own answer, and do not use profanity no matter how upset you are. Mine was: The crimes here are violent crimes that have destroyed the lives of the victims, at least one of which is now suicidal and the sentence is not remotely proportional to the severity of the crime. Additionally, the Judge's comments seem to indicate a bias in favour of the convicted, as he offers up justifications for their behaviour such as being low IQ. These crimes were not spontaneous, they were premeditated and planned. They were also filmed. So we know what happened, and we know that they were intelligent enough to plan and execute the luring and entrapment of their victims, which does not indicate that they were the kind of simpletons the Judge suggests. If they had the capacity to plan the crimes in advance, then they have the capacity to be held criminally responsible for those actions.

Appreciate I’m coming a bit late to this story and this may not be an entirely original thought but it seems that when it comes to discriminatory practices the Greens have no difficulty telling the difference between a woman and a man. share.google/2esXP5OAQ5W1IJ…

I am taking no questions at this moment @BuckAngel
