@transport_wales asking now to give specific journey details from 8/11/25 (7 weeks ago!)…to the 4th member of staff… wasted my time speaking to 3 different customer service reps via WhatsApp & Uploading tickets (plural!) via TFW website @thetrainline is this normal practice?
