6 of 10 @Lufthansa_USA can someone simply help me change a flight? I don't trust the website as it didn't work once and calling customer service is not helping. I'm fine with paying the change fee I already paid. But don't want to pay it twice

5 of 10 @Lufthansa_USA I just want to change a flight from the 20th to the 21st. I tried once, was charged for it and it didn't work. Now I'm being told I have to pay a second time for a single change. @united or @Delta would never treat a customer this way.

4 of 10 @Lufthansa_USA then they told me to go to the website and change it. I already did that once but apparently, it didn't work correctly. Currently Lufthansa wants to charge me again for the change that did not go through in the first place.

3 of 10 @Lufthansa_USA at the exact same time. Why would I change my flight from the 20th to the 20th at the exact same time? I asked if they could change it to the 21st. They said I had to pay another $91. But I already paid for the change once and it did not change dates.

2 of 10 @Lufthansa_USA I immediately went to the website to change the date to 1 day later. I changed it and paid the $91 in fees. However, it continues to show the date as the 20th. I called customer service and they said that I changed the flight from the 20th to the 20th

1 of 10 @Lufthansa_USA I'm hoping for a little help here. I booked a flight today from London to Munich in Sept. Immediately after booking I realized that I should have booked for one day later since my flight leaves the US on the 20th and I arrive in London on the 21st.

20 of 30 @ATT nightmare. I’m going to seriously look at changing carriers. Absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely worst experience of my life with a cell phone service provider. No one seems to know what they’re doing and no one can help.

19 of 30 @ATT nightmare. I literally just wanted to give AT&T money for a phone and it is managed and turned in multiple days, multiple weeks, multiple hours, and money that did not need to be spent. after this is done after almost 20 years of having AT&T.

18 of 30 @ATT nightmare. Once that is done theoretically I should be able to cancel the phone I don’t want, I do not have possession of, and the second line that I do not need. somehow I feel like they’re going to screw that up to.

17 of 30 @ATT nightmare. My credit card company cannot cancel the charge because it is pending. My only option is to wait until the charge is fully through then dispute the charge. Then go back in the store to have them pay off the correct phone.

15 of 30 @ATT so I drive to the store, hopeful that all I need to do is tell them to cancel the phone that I do not have that they have in their possession, and that I do not want. Alas, it is not so simple. Customer service paid off the wrong phone.

11 of 30 @ATT nightmare. Upon arriving back in the country just today I set to work on canceling the second phone and the second line that I don’t need. The phone arrived. It is at the store and I do not have physical possession of that phone.
