After nearly 5 unforgettable years, it’s time for me to share that today is my last day with The Walt Disney Company As with most jobs it’s the people that make the days fly by, and everyone that works here are incredible. I’ve had the pleasure of working for two incredible leaders who have helped me grow professionally and made friends that I will be a part of my life forever! It also helps the Disney is simply a fun company to work for both with our day to day function and with the wide reach the company has in media and entertainment. To be able to take Emily to Disney for the first time in her life and watch her discover the magic many of us got to see when we grew up was a memory I’ll never forget. Whether it’s TV, Movies, Parks, or beyond Disney has proven itself to be a titan in entertainment and I’m grateful to have been given the chance to work here for even a part of my life. I’m excited for what’s ahead and I’ll share more on Monday. But for now, a special thanks to everyone at Disney who helps make the magic come to life ❤️

Especially after getting rid of the minimum salary requirement ($50K) which was in theory supposed to help these bottom of the barrel orgs function. But it’s actually just allowing this horrible behavior to happen. Also crazy that this org will pocket thousands of dollars in free cash just for attending EWC I find that a little strange and undeserving

This is an insanely bad look for both Cloud9 and the CDL. We have so many franchises doing the bare minimum, taking advantage of challenger orgs, and putting zero effort into growing the League. The carrot isn’t working, there needs to be a stick
