@leanne_murfet @passportwaiting I appied on 12th september, showing as docs received 21st september and fly out on 23rd october. Hoping to be approved next week God willing. I think they are currently approving applications with docs received on 13th september.

I'm seeming to hear more travel refund complaints re Virgin. If you've tried for a refund can you let me know - is it Virgin Atlantic or Virgin holidays - have you got your refund - if not what's the issue - how long has this been going on And @MoneySavingExp will take a look.
