MINNEAPOLIS UPDATE: The Hennepin County DA’s office has announced that they will be filing a misdemeanor charge against Chris Ostroushko for his assault on me in Minneapolis. However, due to “insufficient evidence” they are declining to bring charges against Deyanna, Paige and Paige’s boyfriend Lorenzo, who was arrested the day of the assault, for obstructing police as they were trying to arrest Paige. Earlier today a grand jury found probable cause to bring federal charges against all three of these violent activists and the trio will be facing federal charges. However, only Chris Ostroushko will be facing both state and federal charges.
