@Halfords_uk I'm trying to book a battery fitting and it has failed twice but the last charge is showing pending on my card.
I've called the online team but the call has dropped twice mid call.
Your online help is giving a 403 error.
Any chance to get my booking done?

@virginmedia my mother in law cancelled her contract with you in the cooling off period and how you are trying to extort £1800 out of her. This is disgusting. We talked to you team 3 weeks ago and were told this had been sorted. Absolutely appalling.

@Tesco when will the frozen bread trial at your Norwich Blue Boar store over and returned to normal? The quality is awful, please switch back.

Labour are ready and willing to tax your pension, for the first time in history, with their Retirement Tax. #BBCDebate

@Tesco @BearHugger Hi Tesco, have the cans now been discontinued?
There have been none on the shelves for weeks and no space for them either?
English

@BearHugger Hi there, I am afraid that our 2L No Added Sugar Cream Soda is discontinued. We do still sell the 330ml x4 cans however. I am very sorry for any disappointment caused. Thanks - Sharon

@johnestevens Is this the same @RishiSunak who this week bet £1000 that he can deport vulnerable people to Rwanda? Dignity and respect, what a joke.

@PepsScialacomo @MartinSLewis When dealing with people's money the rules are very strict. Don't you want your contributions managed correctly?
English

@Tov1977 @MartinSLewis In this electronic age, it seems unnecessary.
English

Announcing consultation to give "Savers a legal right to require a new employer to pay pension contributions into their existing pension so they have just one pension pot" - good but admin will be tough.
Really need them to speed up the pensions dashboard so if people have multiple pensions they can find and see them easily #AutumnStatement
English

@PepsScialacomo @MartinSLewis It's not that straight forwards, they have to declare the split EE & ER to claim tax relief on EE contributions. That's unless they are using salary sacrifice which has its own rules. Then there maintaining the persons correct details etc etc. It can get quite involved.
English

@Tov1977 @MartinSLewis Their own system of accepting deposits? Is there more than one way?
English

@JeremyBennett @paullewismoney Ha ha, yeah right. There's not a standard system, each providers is bespoke. It will inevitably lead to errors.
English

@paullewismoney It's a complex issue based on charges and investments. Always seek professional advise.
English

@paullewismoney Can you image the paperwork for a large employer trying to deal with multiple providers. It just isn't practical.
Anyway, pension transfers are relatively easy.
English

@NorwichChloe @Jeremy_Hunt Utter drivel. The reality is that we're all still worse off than we were.
English

3/3 We're making good progress with inflation down, and @Jeremy_Hunt is right to try to get money back into people's pockets in terms of raising pay, reducing workers' taxes, and uprating benefits and pensions.
English

@PepsScialacomo @MartinSLewis That would only work if all pension providers used a common system, which they don't. Each have their own bespoke systems.
English

@MartinSLewis Why is the admin hard? Just add the details of your preferred pension when you join (same as bank account for salary) and have contributions made there.
English

@paulwaugh They acted swiftly because they were scared that they'd be next.
English

Ministers have acted swiftly and decisively to help Nigel Farage.
But why can't they act swiftly and decisively to help the public?

@timfarron It's easier to fill the airwaves with this than admit that the government is truly awful and hold them to account.
