@DisrespectedThe I'll believe it if they get into an electric car with an EMF meter and actually measure it. They can and do say anything to alarm.

@Gris_Souris_TV @notostudios Hi, no its a player-vs-player-vs-environment (PvPvE) extraction runs and arenas. Play solo or in groups of up to 3, exploring 5 zones. Bring gear/potions, loot treasures, fight mobs and players, then extract death means losing loot.

Favorite binders in order.
(lower brain fog, gut dysfunction, fatigue, and anxiety)
1. Chlorella
- The only binder you can take everyday forever
- Disrupts biofilm
- High affinity for metals
- Completely natural (yes the mb guy prefers natural)
- Net positive on electrolyte balance
Make sure it has a cracked cell wall and no heavy metals, aka get a tested and trusted brand like SunChlorella or BioPure.
2. Modified Citrus Pectin
- Great affinity for metals in the gut
- Modified to go even deeper into the body
- Can be taken long term
- Over 100 studies and 30 years of success
Paired with Sodium Alginate it's clinical evidence of cancer reduction, gut healing, and metal binding is amazing.
3. Enterosgel
- Forms a gel sponge to bind endotoxins in the gut
- Does not bind to minerals
- Used in hospitals for poisoning
- May help with histamine overload
- Amazing if herxing during detox
Soviet era binder. Most protocols have this and chlorella to stop herxing. It cannot be absorbed by the body so recirculation risk is gone.
4. Zeolite
- Strong metal affinity(highest CEC of any binder)
- Alkalizing benefits
- Lowers oxidative stress
- Does not bind minerals
I'm almost completely sold on zeolite but I still worry about the structure of it and the nano sized zeolite. Risk of it dropping aluminum in the brain with the nano zeolite. If that is proven not to happen then it's moving up the list.
5. Activated Charcoal
- Useful if used correctly
- Reduces herx reactions/poisoning
- Will bind endotoxins and bile bound toxins
- Small metal binding affinity
This can be used in a pinch or 1-2x a week. I prefer others due to their strength and lower risk of constipation/electrolyte binding but charcoal still will work.

A guide to nutrients that support mitochondria
Mitochondria turn food into usable energy (ATP) and are critical for brain, muscle, and overall health. Stress, aging, and disease can damage them, but certain nutrients help keep them strong and functional.
1️⃣ Antioxidants & Protectors
Quercetin (from apples, onions): Restores mitochondrial energy production and stabilizes membranes.
Green tea (EGCG): Shields mitochondria in brain, liver, muscle, and heart from oxidative stress.
Resveratrol (from grapes, red wine): Promotes recycling of old mitochondria (mitophagy) and boosts antioxidant defenses.
Lipoic acid: Cofactor for mitochondrial enzymes; enhances oxygen use and reduces oxidative stress.
🟢 Example: These nutrients act like “shields,” reducing damage from free radicals.
2️⃣ Energy Carriers & Cofactors
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10): Electron carrier in the respiratory chain; without it, mitochondria can’t make ATP efficiently.
NAD+ precursors (NR, NMN, NAM): Increase NAD+ levels, stimulating mitochondrial energy production and delaying decline with age.
Creatine: Buffers cellular energy; supports mitochondrial function and helps protect against damage in high-demand tissues like muscle and brain.
🟢 Example: These compounds are like “wiring and batteries” that keep the power grid running.
3️⃣ Membrane & Structural Support
Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA): Build mitochondrial membranes, reduce stress, and promote healthy turnover of dysfunctional mitochondria.
Acetyl-L-carnitine: Helps shuttle fatty acids into mitochondria for burning; improves oxygen use and membrane stability.
🟢 Example: Think of these as “building materials” that strengthen mitochondrial walls and fuel delivery.
4️⃣ Mitochondrial Biogenesis (New Mitochondria)
Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ): Stimulates creation of new mitochondria (biogenesis). Deficiency reduces mitochondrial numbers.
N-acetyl cysteine (NAC): Boosts glutathione, improves mitochondrial antioxidant status, and enhances respiration.
🟢 Example: These nutrients are like “construction signals,” telling the body to build more mitochondria and keep them working.
Your mitochondria thrive on the right mix of protection (antioxidants), fuel carriers (CoQ10, NAD+, creatine), building blocks (omega-3s, carnitine), and growth triggers (PQQ, NAC). Together, these nutrients help sustain energy, slow aging, and protect high-demand tissues like brain, heart, and muscle.

@AlphaWolfForce Hi, im sorry to tell you that NOW products use most of the time Silicon dioxyde and or magnesium stearate. Yes they are approve by FDA at llittle dose but im pretty sure most of you take more that 1 supplement. Most supplement are useless and can do damage to yr mitochondria Dyor
