Abby Steiner 🇺🇸 is suing Puma, alleging that their racing shoes were defective and caused her injuries! Steiner has suffered from chronic, severe foot and ankle injuries, including Haglund’s deformity (enlarged bumps on the back of the heels) and subsequent Achilles issues. She has had multiple surgeries. According to the complaint, Puma along with Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix Ltd. were aware that the shoe designs and their carbon plate (CFP) and nitrogen foam (NF) technology could lead to bone stress injuries, increased risk of foot damage, and abnormal strain on runners’ feet. The lawsuit claims the shoes were unsafe for normal, expected use despite this knowledge.

You telling me no NAIA, D3, D2 couldn't use a 10.5 100 meter or a 21.4 200 meter kid.

If you’re looking for a full ride athletic scholarship make sure you can AT least win your main event at conference and score 5+ points elsewhere. The expectations are you can score 15-20 points and make the regional meet 1st year.
