Lifting (intelligently) before our meets and competition is not taking away from our game day performance. Never stop developing (or at the very least maintaining athletic performance) just because you’re in season. Over the course of years these sessions add up.

To improve times on a 5-10-5, you can’t simply just do a bunch of reps. Break down the drill into parts, and rep the pieces of the puzzle. Easier on the body and more effective. Working on the start here + the transitions. Easy money. 💰

Welp..the system is the system for a reason. It keeps the middle class the middle class. Now, I’d max out loans in his name interest rate be darned, and then fully fund a Roth ira for him (7kish a year). Then once he graduates he can just pay a little over the minimum and chip away at it while his actual wealth grows. And then you can always take a HELOC to give a down payment on his first home. Parental help makes sense to build family wealth. The issue is, as a millenial, when parents enable being poor.

I have a senior this year who is trying to decide where to go to college next year. Let me just say… that FASFA is some bullshit. Make too much for any grants, yet we live paycheck to paycheck. It is sad that what kind of education you get is determined by how much money your parents make. My kid deserves so much more than what I can afford.

There will be thousands of court cases of children who were mutilated by evil doctors, modern day Mengeles. The schools, psychologists/psychiatrists and state officials who facilitated this will pay dearly too.
