@Grindr I reported a few issue months ago and never received a response. I canceled my subscription due to lack of support. I am requesting a response or confirmation that this issue is being reviewed. It shouldn't take 5 months to fix an issue 😐 or give a response do better

@CashSupport it wasnt opening a new chat, it was the fact i was tryint to get help. and the support agent stuck me in a fucking loop with the bot, and i cant open a new chat, so if i needed help with future issue, i wouldnt be able to get it. cause im stuck in a loop
