One of his lawyers says he turned it over to the court but can't recall what it said -- and it took three tries before his other lawyer could "authenticate" it. By the way, the court docket for his case shows that Nicholas Tartaglione has had 18 lawyers. He is serving four consecutive life sentences.

Charlie Kirk’s former head of security, Brian Harpole, has filed a bombshell defamation lawsuit against Candace Owens after being accused of involvement in a conspiracy to assassinate Charlie Kirk. Both Candace Owens and Erika Kirk have young children.
Both have significant public presence.
Both travel constantly.
Both have jobs that demand time away from their children.
There is NO evidence to suggest that Candace spends more time raising her kids than Erika Kirk.
What's even more wild is that people are using this is justification to attack Erika.
Just admit you don't need a reason to go after her. You just hate her. Like you hate Charlie Kirk.

Why don’t you go max and show the full context of that conversation entirely and not just a screen grab. It was an OBVIOUS joke mocking the absurd neocon notion (at that time) that any body who had a single question toward Erika was guilty of accusing her of murder. Insert the full context and the specific person I was mocking in that thread for sharing that sentiment—and for once, stop lying.
