@CustomsNG @DrJoeAbah I am aware that you might have been represented at the Court, but like other Litigants, you need to "Officially" apply for the Certified True Copy of the Judgment; & peruse same with your External Counsel before a decision is made whether to obey it or approach the Supreme Court.

@Okeygeraldino @woye1 @NigAffairs Selective justice! How so? You need to stop being emotional & pay attention to details. Bello's 2 Cases are on; and he is on Court bail. He was at Kuje for a while before perfecting his bail. One of Malami's Cases is linked to Terriorism & possession of unregistered Fire Arm.

BREAKING: The Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the final forfeiture of 48 out of 57 properties worth N212 billion linked to the former Attorney-General of the Federation Abubakar Malami. Judge Joyce Abdulmalik granted the final forfeiture application filed by the EFCC and dismissed several objections filed by Mr Malami, his family members, and some companies claiming ownership of the properties, saying they all lacked merit. She held that the issue before the court was not “who owns the property, but how legitimate are the funds used to acquire the properties.” The properties to be forfeited span Abuja, Kebbi, Kano, and Kaduna states and include luxury hotels, duplexes, plazas, warehouses, shopping units and residential estates acquired over several years. He is not someone who is fond of the blame game. For the past three years, the easiest way to anger President Tinubu is to criticise Muhammadu Buhari. No, the buck stops at his desk and he is ready to take responsibility for whatever comes out of his actions. - Vice President Kashim Shettima

@IgbokaTagb92026 @abdullahayofel The FGN (the President) cannot control State Government (the Govs) or even the LGAs (the Chairmen). Such Constitutional right doesn't exist in Nigeria. The NASS supervises the President; the States House's of Assembly supervises the Govs; & the Councilors supervise the Chairmen.

@abdullahayofel The federal government is aware that local government funds is not given to them by the state government and yet nothing is done about it. And there's the believe that why it's so is because of agreement with federal. Nigeria of today is so corrupt

It’s so funny to see that people are genuinely angry that we are celebrating the safe return of the kidnapped children. Like… were you expecting to hear that they had been killed so you could score some cheap political points? Were you looking for another campaign material? Or what exactly were you waiting for? We are thanking God, thanking the Federal Government, and appreciating the security personnel for bringing these children back safely, yet some of you are still fuming. Y’all will surely fume more. Go and look for another point to campaign with because this one, God has already shut your mouths. For weeks, you people were counting days. “It’s been 30 days.” “It’s been 40 days.” “It’s been 50 days.” Every day came with another countdown and another round of outrage. Now the children are back alive, and you are still angry. Some are asking, “Who rescued them?” “How did they come back?” “Are we sure these are the children” “Why are they smiling?” “Where are the bandits?” Some are even questioning why we are happy or grateful in the first place. If the reverse had happened, social media would have been on fire by now with calls for the President to resign. Now some of you are asking why we are thanking the President and not the governor, as though when the news of the kidnapping first broke, it wasn’t the President you blamed, abused, and held responsible. So when it was time to apportion blame, his name was everywhere. But now that the children have returned safely, suddenly his name should not be mentioned? Something is truly working many of you in the head. Once again, we are genuinely happy that these children and their teachers have returned home safely to their families. And to those who are unhappy because this did not end the way you hoped, may the sadness you have chosen remain with you forever. And before I forget, fem your gutter mouth. #Tadé

The fact that he (a self-acclaimed Saint) was involved in such contravention; and still twisted the narrative to paint himself as a victim whole life is threatened, is very unpresidential. EFCC Arraigns Ex-CCT Chairman, Danladi Umar for Alleged N15.5m Fraud The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Thursday, July 9, 2026, arraigned Danladi Yakubu Umar, former Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal before Justice U. P. Kekemeke of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Maitama, Abuja for fraud. The defendant who was also the Tribunal’s Tenders Board chairman was arraigned on a four-count charge, bordering on nepotism, conferment of corrupt advantage to self, to the tune of N15,587,833.76 (Fifteen Million, Five Hundred and Eighty-Seven Thousand, Eight Hundred and Thirty-Three Naira, Seventy-Six Kobo). Count one of the charge reads: "That you, Danladi Yakubu Umar, while serving as the Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal and Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal Tenders Board, on or about the 5th day of October, 2021, in Abuja, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, did confer upon yourself a corrupt and unfair advantage by causing the sum of N5,500,000.00 (Five Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira only) to be paid to your wife, Zulaihatu Danladi Umar, through her Keystone Bank Account No. 6031167105 by Kurchmives International Limited, a sub-contractor under the contract awarded by the Code of Conduct Tribunal to Momanaf Global Ventures Limited for Internal and External painting of the headquarters of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 19 of the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act, 2000, and punishable under the same section." Count two reads: "That you, Danladi Yakubu Umar, while serving as the Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal and Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal Tenders Board, on or about the 25th day of January, 2024, in Abuja, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, did confer upon yourself a corrupt and unfair advantage by causing the sum of N6,000,000.00 (Six Million Naira only) to be paid to your wife, Zulaihatu Danladi Umar, through her Zenith Bank Account No. 2085458208 by Portal Realities Limited a sister Company of JTF Global Links Limited, a company which was awarded the contract for the digitalization of the Code of Conduct Tribunal management records by the Code of Conduct Tribunal, and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 19 of the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act, 2000, and punishable under the same section." He pleaded “not guilty” to the charges when they were read to him, prompting the prosecution counsel, Christopher Mshelia, to ask the court for a trial date and to remand the defendant in Kuje Correctional Centre, Abuja, while the defence counsel, S. Edward applied for the defendant’s bail. The judge adjourned the matter till July 15, 2026, for hearing on the bail application and ordered that the defendant be remanded in the Kuje Correctional Centre, Abuja.

Peter Obi was detained at a London airport over irregularities with his travel documents. After he was released, he returned to Nigeria without claiming the UK government was after his life. But when his vehicle was locked after being parked in an unauthorized area at a Nigerian airport, it suddenly became proof that the Nigerian government is after him. So here’s the question: if your detention in London wasn’t evidence that the UK government wanted to harm you, why should a parking enforcement incident in Nigeria be evidence that the Nigerian government is after your life?

@osazenoo There is no way those agberos enforcing the law at the airport would have dared to seize Peter Obi's car, even if he had broken the law, without clear instructions from higher authorities. This looks less like law enforcement and more like deliberate harassment.
