@dhlexpressuk delivery window today between 16.00 and 17.00. Been sat in with my house mate. Keeping an eye on the street. Just checked tracking and saying couldn’t get access to property. This is a lie. I didn’t see one dhl van come down the street!

@asda @AsdaServiceTeam please review your policy on scan and go. Thought I’d do a early shop , scan and go not open took trolley to self service. Told not allowed to take my trolley in there and have to unload all my bags as scan and go doesn’t open till 8am. 1/3

@AsdaServiceTeam It was Asda wigmore Luton. The issue isn’t with the scan and go it’s with being told I had to unload everything from the trolly very rudly when before I’ve left in the trolly and just taken the scanner into the self serve area

@asda @AsdaServiceTeam and that you are not allowed to take your trolley in there and that you have to take all your bags out and the assistant just takes your trolley away without the offer to re stow after to take to your car! Crap customer service from the lady today!

@asda @AsdaServiceTeam I said well you should make it clear . I was told it’s clearly told when you pick up the scanner. As you see from the photo , no where does it mention that you will have to use self serve instead of scan and go and that 2/3

@McDonalds shit service. Did my order on the screen. 19 people got served before me all the while my number saying prepared!! My friends ordered after me, got there food and ate it and I’m still waiting!!!

@lutoncouncil perhaps you should have told the useless staff at the road blocks about access for residents, who just ignored me and kept from my house for over 40 min!
