@TUIUK Waiting at the gate for our LGW flight to Izmir. Supposed to depart at 1320. No info on screens and 2 staff sat there like they’re waiting to go home. Maybe consider updating the passengers!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi! I have already done this and I’m still getting continuous calls. Everything you have said to do and have done makes no difference. I want to make an official complaint! I am utterly fed up of the constant calls.

@ThreeUKSupport Why on earth should I ring you? I rang back the first time you called and was on hold for 30 mins and I gave up! I was also told you can’t email or write to me? Shocking that a telecoms company is unable to do such a simple thing. I will take it up with @ICOnews@Ofcom
@ThreeUKSupport Nobody would tell me unless I have all of my personal details which im not prepared to do. One of the reasons I left Three. They keep saying call 333 but I’m not bloody with Three anymore!
@RandoxOfficial are a company I will never use again. Spoke to them every day for 7 days and still not resolved an issue. I’m told they are working from home and can’t transfer me to a manager. Utterly useless!
