@amazonIN I had ordered a book which was never delivered to me. On complaining I received a damaged book. Yesterday I spoke to a customer service agent who said that I will receive a new book today and can return the damaged one. (1/n)

@IndiGo6E This is extremely irresponsible on your part. You are delaying late evening flights so much that they land after midnight and no explanations are provided to passengers. "Regretting inconvenience" every time isn't enough.

@IndiGo6E I had a 8:45pm flight yesterday. It was first delayed to 9:10pm and eventually to 9:30pm. However, the boarding started after 9:30pm and the plane took off after 10pm. The flight landed at 12:20am in Delhi eventually and I had to travel back home alone that late.

.@IndiGo6E My 6:10 am flight is now delayed to 8:30 am. I won't be able to attend the event for which I am travelling. I don't even know at this point when I will eventually reach my destination.
