@Dety0 I live on the 3rd floor. Hiper can’t do anything about it. It’s the people we rent the apartment from who won’t do anything about it. There are too many elderly people living here who don’t care.

Did you know. monitor have drivers, .INF, can help pc communication to the monitor, color. hz and other things, you can test this by, if in Device Manager in windows, Monitor - and if it says Generic Monitor, then you havent installed it,

On AMD x3d CPUs using idle disabled powerplan cuts your FPS dramatically. Was testing it out recently wondering why my lows got way worse for no reason. Idle enabled is the only way to go for highest FPS
