That's what makes us special in creation, and it's what makes our decision to pursue God, so powerful and evil, tragic

@TrueFireX1 @Fritz_Imperial God is omnipotent though. He created us knowing some of us would turn evil. He created Satan knowing he would rebel. What's even the point for an omnipotent being to do such a thing? It makes me think that God of the Bible is not so all knowing and powerful as he says.

@Vladiverse1 @Fritz_Imperial That is the point. He loves us enough to do that. Sure, evil still exists. But that's because we live in a fallen world, a sinful one. Jesus' death and resurrection didn't destroy sin, that's for another day. It simply gave us an exemption from eternal death should we accept it.

@TrueFireX1 @Fritz_Imperial So he chose to suffer even though he did not had to? I still see it as pointless honestly. It changed nothing here on earth. Evil still exists. All it supposedly changed is relationship between God and humanity and that's only allegedly.

@Vladiverse1 @Fritz_Imperial If He simply forgave everyone's sins without the Jesus' death, it would create a contradiction in His character and He's not about that. It would mean He bypassed His own justice. I hope that answered your question, and sorry for the sudden thread. I love explaining things.

But He laid down his life and suffered death billions of times over on the cross for you, me, and everyone else who ever lived. +
